Kleemann jaw crushers have a wide range of applications. In the weight class up to 70 t they are used both for natural rock and for recycling.As classic primary crushers in natural rock with active double-deck grizzly, or as a recycling crusher with vibrating discharge chute at the crusher discharge and electromagnet.Towed screens enable the production of a graded end product. The performance range for mobile jaw crushers extends from 100 - 1000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material. Apart from the performance the transport weight and transport dimensions are also focal benefits.For use in quarries, from a machine weight of approx 100 - 400 t, Kleemann builds all-electric systems with generously dimensioned components.Roll screens, double deck grizzlies, vibrating discharge chutes under the crusher, rescreening units and other useful components solve every critical application, whether for hard or soft rock.

Impact crushers from Kleemann are primarily used in limestone quarries and in building rubble recycling. Different drive concepts are used for different applications.As in all the mobile systems, the conveyor belts, vibrating chutes and screens are electrically driven while, depending on the machine size, the crusher can be driven directly from the diesel engine, via an electric motor or hydraulically.In each case the surplus electricity can be used for secondary loads. The range of Kleemann tracked screens extends from 7 - 18.4 m2 screening area. Built either as a double or triple-deck screen with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger screening surface, with rubberised perforated panels, etc. the screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated. The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher. The performance range for mobile screens nowadays extends to 1000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material and the grading ranges to be screened.

Stationary processing plant is increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens. Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens.
Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series.
